UTIC group opens its second Carrefour hypermarket in Algeria

The UTIC group has just opened the second Carrefour hypermarket in Algeria via the company Hyper Distribution Algeria. It is an Algerian company created within the framework of a partnership between the Algerian-Saudi investment fund Asicom (investment fund controlled by the two Algerian and Saudi states) and the Tunisian group Ulysses which operates the crossroads sign in Tunisia. The second hypermarket is located in Bordj Bou Arreridj, a town of over 150,000 inhabitants 240 kilometers east of Algiers. The hypermarket is located in the middle of a large shopping center built on a plot of 47,000 m², with a sales area of ​​6,500 m². 400 jobs have been created with this new point of sale.
