Ulysse Property

The Company Ulysse Property (UP), a subsidiary of the UTIC group, was created on the basis of the following strategic vision :

• To allow Commercial Development Company to fully dedicate itself to its role as an investor by relieving it of the management of existing shopping malls.
• To carry out the development and the extension of the shopping centers belonging to the UTIC Group. The project in progress is that of the Mall of Sfax shopping center
• To centralize the ownership of the commercial real estate assets.
